02 Information we collect
- Account data: name, company, email, phone, billing address, and login credentials.
- Order data: services purchased, invoices, payment references, and currency (EUR, USD, or PKR). We do not store full card numbers. Card payments, when offered, are handled by the payment processor.
- Service data: domain names, DNS records, hosting files, databases, and mailbox content that you place on the service.
- Support data: tickets and email you send us.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, and timestamps in server and client-area logs, used for security and abuse handling.
03 Why we use it
- To create your account, provision hosting, domains, and email, and issue invoices
- To take payment, prevent fraud, and respond to chargebacks
- To provide support and notify you of renewal, suspension, or maintenance
- To keep the platform secure and to investigate abuse
- To meet tax and accounting duties
We do not sell personal information.
05 How long we keep it
Account and invoice records are kept for as long as the account is open and for the period required by tax law after it closes. Server logs are kept for security for a limited period, then deleted or aggregated. Backups rotate on the schedule of the plan. After closure, hosting files and mailboxes are deleted according to the retention stated on the service, unless we must keep them for a legal claim or a chargeback.
06 Your choices
You may ask us to correct account details, to export the personal data we hold about you, or to delete it when we no longer need it for an active service, an unpaid invoice, or a legal duty. Email [email protected]. We may need to confirm you control the account before we act.
07 Cookies
The marketing sites and client area use cookies that keep you signed in and remember basic preferences. We do not use them to sell advertising profiles.
08 Security
Access to billing and server administration is limited to staff who need it. You are responsible for the strength of your client-area password and for who you allow into your hosting account.
09 Children
The services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
