01 How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address on the account, with the invoice number and the reason. You can also open a ticket in the client area. We reply within 5 business days.
02 Hosting and email
The first term of a new hosting plan (Linux/cPanel or Windows/Plesk) or business-email service may be refunded in full if you request it within 7 days of the service start date and the account has not been suspended for abuse. After 7 days, or on any renewal, those fees are not refunded.
03 Domains
Domain registration, renewal, and transfer fees are not refundable. Registries charge these fees when the name is registered or renewed, and we cannot recover them. If a registration fails and the name is not registered, we refund the domain fee.
04 What is never refunded
- Setup, migration, and one-time professional-service fees, once the work has started
- Fees for a service suspended or terminated for breach of the Terms, including spam, malware, phishing, or illegal content
- Charges that a card issuer has already reversed through a chargeback
- Account credit that was itself issued as a previous refund
05 How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, in the currency of the invoice (EUR, USD, or PKR). If the bank or card network cannot accept that return, the amount is applied as credit on your Devsation account. Bank-transfer refunds are sent to the same account that paid the invoice. Refunds are issued within 14 business days of approval. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
06 Cancellation
Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not by itself create a refund. A refund follows only the rules above. These rules are part of the Terms and conditions.
